Learning how to recover from mistakes is an important step towards living the life you want.
You may feel nervous about contacting a counselor/therapist. That anxiety is perfectly normal. Having the courage to overcome that anxiety and make a call or send an email is the first step in the process of empowering yourself to feel better. Just making a plan to call or send an email and sticking to it can bring a sense of relief and put you on a more positive path. I have also worked with many therapists to work on burnout, personal issues, and professional consultation.
