with your children, spouse, friends and family.

that first step towards getting the freedom to
choose the life you want. I will help you break
problems down into smaller, more manageable pieces
so you can start feeling successful. Learning how
to recover from mistakes is an important step
towards living the life you want. You may feel nervous about
contacting a counselor/therapist. That
anxiety is perfectly normal. But having
the courage to overcome that anxiety and
make a call or send an email is the first
step in the process of empowering yourself
to feel better. Just making a plan to call
or send an email and sticking to it can
bring a sense of relief and put you on a
more positive path. I have worked with many therapists
to work on burnout and personal issues.
